CICC, LLC. provides budgets, along with preliminary drawings, to help identify the scope of what needs to be done. We believe that a picture, or drawing in this context, is worth a thousand words.

Project costs are presented so scope and design adjustments can be made and financial planning can begin by the client. At this point, the client can authorize the project to go forward or further refine the proposed project.

Design partners are brought into the process with a clear scope defined and a known budget. Formal drawings and specifications are then prepared. "Value Engineering" options are presented at this time to keep the pricing down as much as possible while still achieving the end goal. A project schedule is then developed with timing agreed to by all parties.
