Anthony Messina of Commercial Industrial Construction Consultants, LLC began his career in Northeast Ohio construction in 1988 and has worked for some of the most respected general contractors and developers in the area.



His project management experience includes c onstruction of:

• The ren ovation of millions of square feet of industrial and warehouse spaces

With expertise in project management and construction administration, Mr. Messina has personally managed the construction and renovation of more than $100 M dollars in value for workable, efficient and profitable industrial and commercial spaces.

During his career, Mr. Messina has been responsible for total project delivery from concept to completion and has extensive experience directing projects through pre-construction phases. 

With an emphasis on scheduling, project phasing, construction estimating and value engineering, he also has overseen bid solicitation, subcontractor negotiations and daily construction administration. 

Mr. Messina received his Bachelor's Degree in Construction Technology from the University of Akron.
